ADHD coaching for adults who are ready to understand how their brain works — and build a life that works with it, not against it.
If any of these stopped you — you are not alone. And there is a reason these thoughts feel so persistent. ADHD shapes how the brain processes, prioritises and regulates — and once you understand that, everything starts to look different.
Once I became more open about my lived experiences with ADHD, I began receiving coaching requests from people who felt that someone finally fully sees them. That shaped my vision for ADHD coaching.
My mission as a coach is to tailor my work so I can best support each unique ADHD individual in recognising their capacities, and in developing practical ways to navigate challenges in work and daily life.
My work is grounded in the strengths-based methodology of ADDCA™ — the first and largest comprehensive ADHD Coach Training Program accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF Levels 1 and 2) and the Professional Association for ADHD Coaches (PAAC, AACTP).
I tailor my approach to each client's unique needs, drawing on a blend of three complementary frameworks.
