A thinking partner for people daring to question themselves. No sugar-coating. The answers are always yours.

We are all a combination of ingredients — characteristics, habits, dreams, fears. Most of us get stuck mixing the same ones, in the same proportions.
Coaching with me is a space to experiment. To try an ingredient you've been ignoring. To rediscover something you set aside years ago. Even a small change in the recipe can produce a completely different result — a touch of self-trust, a hint of a long-forgotten dream, and suddenly a new perspective opens up.
I don't have all the answers. There is no standard set of questions I will ask you that will suddenly reveal your path. What I offer is a thinking partner who walks alongside you — asking the questions that help you think outside the box. The thinking is yours. The answers are yours. The recipe is always yours.
I'm a coach, a corporate professional, a parent, and a client myself of both therapy and coaching.
I coach people daring to question themselves, no sugar-coating.
You may have noted I am not calling myself a life or a career coach. This is a conscious decision. I strongly believe that our personal choices and our career choices are interconnected. We can start the discussion from whichever point — the insights that you will gain will reflect on both aspects of your life. I see you as a whole human being and we will discover together what works for you in a given moment of your journey. I apply ORSC and Co-Active coaching principles and ADHD-specific coaching tools.
I tailor my approach to each client's unique needs, drawing on a blend of three complementary frameworks.
"I want to do something more with my life. No idea what, no direction — I just feel I need a change."
"Something keeps nagging me: I reacted weirdly in that situation and I'd like to understand what's in there for me."
"I finished college and got my first real job — yay! ...I don't feel like I'm fitting in or understand what's wanted from me."
For individuals who feel something needs to change — even if they can't yet name what, or where to begin. 5 sessions, your pace, full refund if it's not right for you.

"It seems I am always doing the wrong thing at the wrong time."
